FGB Legal and Services has been founded by Frederic Ghislain BAKALA, who is a Congolese citizen, born in Pointe-Noire (Republic of Congo) on the 18th July 1977.
After his secondary school which he was awarded with a Matric in 1999, he went to the University of Brazzaville; where he was awarded with a Diploma (DEUG) in 2002 and a LLB Degree in Law in 2003. He then came to Cape Town, (South Africa) to further his postgrad studies at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), where he was awarded with the LLM Masters of Law in 2014. He is currently a PhD candidate.
